Mike Lasher
Based out of Riverside, CA Mike Lasher began his passion for racing at an early age.  His start began in with RC Cars and never looked back.  Spending 10 years racing, he won multiple races and championships.  While in High School, his passion for building cars began.  At the age of 18 he built a truck that brought home national titles.  This was followed by his involvement with Tri County Gear and Rock Star Racing in building the first generation competition Rock Crowler.  This vehicle won multiple competitions and is a staple in the off road rock crawling community.  Of all the projects that Mike has been associated with, it was the building of his BITD 1900 class car that really sparked his interest and showcases what he does best.

Tim Orchard
Based out of Riverside, CA Tim Orchard started his passion for racing back in the late 60’s with the two wheeled advetures of motorcycles.  Moving to the early 70’s while still in high school Tim began helping his metal shop teacher Mike Griswald build VW powered buggies.  It was at this time that he started racing on four wheels competing in the Best in the Desert series and also at Ascot Park.  Hitting the 37 year mark this year in racing Tim’s biggest influence and supporter without a doubt is his dad Bill Orchard.  At his dad’s auto repair shop is where a majority of the work was done on his race cars in the early years.
Tim has an extensive career in both desert and short track racing.  He has raced classes 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 9, and 1900 in the desert along with sprint buggies, midgets, sprinters, Super Lites, USAC, Pikes Peak, SCRA, SCCA, Mickey Thompson and many more.  His first win came in 1971 at Ascot Park in Gardena, CA.  Along the way Tim Orchard has been able to secure multiple wins and a few championships in his racing career.

Bill Lasher
From Rancho Cucamonga, CA Bill Lasher has had a passion for off road racing since a young boy.  When he’s not running his multimillion dollar bank, he enjoys being outdoors with his family and friends.  Bill has spent years navigating the deserts of Arizona and Nevada.  he has spent a majority of his weekends leading groups of orr road enthusiasts deep into the deserts to trails that are only attempted by the few.  Becasue of his vast knowledge of the deserts and his mechanica experience he makes a great addition to our team as our crew chief.  Bill is great about making sure that the logistics of our pits are taken care of and we have all of the necessary equipment in the right spot at the right time.
